Quote from Catherine Cardich (MAS 2009/2010)
"My experience in this Master is in two levels: professionally and personal.
- Professionally, I am learning different techniques that I want to apply in my work when I return to Peru. I like that professors always give us more information and that we are always welcome in their offices to answer our questions.
- I arrived to Zurich with only one way to think and one way to resolve problems. Now, that I have known more about the way to work in Europe, I am more open to new ideas to resolve problems in my country. Every time that I met student or professor, I want to learn more about the research that they develop.
- It is nice also to share the space in the office with PhD students and people who are doing another research so we can learn a lot from them.
- Personal, I have achieved all the goals I had for first studies abroad experience, and even more. I got to know a new culture, a new way of thinking and of course I also improved my English level quite a bit. I feel that I am not only making good friends, also I am doing contacts in different part of the world and meet people who can ask or send information when I return to Peru."
