Programme

Individual Study Programme

The study programme is designed to fit the needs of individual students and is subject to approval by the Department.

The programme is interdisciplinary and is defined based on the student's research topic.

Credit requirements and the general structure are shown in the table below.

NOTE: It is possible to:
- take more than the required amounts of credits from the list of Compulsory Courses, and
- take Master courses which are not listed as Compulsory or Elective Courses.
Each student's study programme is individually designed, with final approval from Prof. Burlando, Director of the MAS in SWR.

Infrastructure

Students are enrolled at ETH Zurich and are entitled to the use of all academic facilities, including student computer rooms, excellent libraries with electronic access to journals, discounted meals in student cafeterias, as well as access to sport and leisure facilities.
