- Evaluating the relationship of environmental impacts as they related to an individual's nutritional quality using various environmental indicators such as climate change, water use, and biodiversity loss.

- Identifying the hotspots for environmental impacts in food processing

- Diet optimization in terms of recommended food intakes, nutrient recommendations, and impact minimization

     -Design engineer for groundwater and soil remediation projects with a focus on in-situ bioremediation

     -Construction and Quality Manager for remediation project construction and start-up


2009 - current  Registered Professional Environmental Engineer in Wisconsin
